This policy is issued in compliance with the Colombian Constitution (Habeas Data, Article 15), Law 1581 of 2012, Decree 1377 of 2013 (compiled in Decree 1074 of 2015), and any rules that amend or replace them.

No sensitive data is collected through these channels.

  • Complying with legal, accounting, and tax obligations.

5. Data subject rights (Habeas Data)

You have the right to know, update, and correct your data; request proof of authorization; be informed of how your data has been used; file complaints with Colombia's Superintendence of Industry and Commerce (SIC); revoke authorization and/or request deletion of your data; and access your personal data free of charge.

6. How to exercise your rights

Email [email protected] with your full name, the right you wish to exercise, and a clear description of your request. We will respond within the legal timeframes (15 business days for inquiries, 10 business days for claims).

7. Validity

This policy is effective upon publication and remains in force while Ebenezer processes personal data for the purposes described here.
